In September 2026 (Reiwa 8), the Executive Board was established and the organization moved to a new structure. Under the Supreme Advisor and the President, the Vice Presidents, Chief Operating Officer, Senior Advisor and Secretary General each take their part in running the organization. Roles

Supreme Advisor: Drawing on many years of instruction and international experience, advises on how the organization is run and how it teaches.
President: Represents the organization and bears ultimate responsibility for its philosophy and management.
Vice President: Supports the President and the running of the branches and dojos across the country.
Chief Operating Officer: Oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization as a whole.
Senior Advisor: Keeps watch, from an independent standpoint, that the organization is run soundly and properly.
Secretary General: Heads the Headquarters Office, serving as the external point of contact and handling daily affairs.

The Supreme Advisor advises; the President bears responsibility for running the organization; the Secretary General assists the President; and the Vice Presidents and Chief Operating Officer carry out the work beneath. The Senior Advisor oversees the organization from an independent standpoint.
